Paediatric Physiotherapy

What is Paediatric Physiotherapy?

Children and families deserve to live life to its fullest potential! Our paediatric physiotherapist, Tammy Darby, takes time to create a fun and welcoming environment for children to receive the best possible care.

Paediatric physiotherapy is different from traditional physiotherapy because kids are different from adults. We understand how kids' unique needs, injuries, growth, and development require specialized care (and lots of fun!). We take a hands-on, client and family-centered approach to focus on achieving your goals. We treat children of all ages from birth to eighteen as well as the young at heart. Our team can help with many different orthopedic, developmental, and neurological conditions. We also provide Early Years Gross Motor Milestone Screens, Postural Assessment for greater awareness and development, and Injury Prevention and Performance Training.

Physiotherapy provides a whole-body approach to allowing children to participate fully and gain independence in their lives. We provide individualized assessment and treatments for each individual and make therapy fun.
