ABOUT: Arrowhead Camp Women's Weekend is a weekend getaway for all women. As part of the weekend getaway, join Carolyn Vandyken, an international pelvic health expert, on taking care of the health of our pelvic floors throughout our lifetime. Our pelvic health needs vary from adolescence, through our child-bearing years and beyond, into menopause. Join Carolyn on this entertaining, yet enlightening talk on finding balance between tension and strength in this key area of women's health. She will address incontinence, sexual pain, period pain and menopausal changes. Participants must be registered for the entire women's weekend.
